All information submitted to ENDO TACTICAL INC. is kept confidential. Your information will never be sold, borrowed or shared with another entity. We will not disclose any of your information to a third party.
Shipping Policy
- FREE Shipping
- Tracking number will be emailed to customer shortly after order ships
- Orders will ship in 5 business days or less once payment clears
- Estimated time of delivery to all 50 states is 2-4 days from ship date
- If an item shows "out of stock" a backorder can be placed. Customer will be notified when the item is back in stock, and will not be charged until item ready to ship.
Return/Cancellation Policy
- 15 day return, refund and exchange policy.
- You must contact ENDO TACTICAL INC. prior to any return, refund, or exchange to receive a RMA number.
- All returns must include a print out of your original receipt, along with the billing address, shipping address, contact phone numbers, contact emails, and RMA number.
- Returns, refunds, and exchanges will take up to two weeks, not including transit times.
- Shipping charges and/or shipping costs are not subject to refunds.
- It is recommended that you return merchandise with a carrier that offers tracking numbers and full value insurance. ENDO TACTICAL INC. cannot be responsible for any packages that are lost while in return transit. Please note that the USPS Priority Mail does not offer tracking capabilities on packages, and they will only initiate a trace on packages after a 30 day waiting period.
Liability Statement
The adapter device is surrendered by us with the express understanding that we assume NO LIABILITY for its re-sale or safe handling under local laws and regulations. ENDO TACTICAL INC. assumes no responsibility for physical injury or property damage resulting from either intentional or accidental discharge, or for the function of any device subjected to influences beyond their control and will honor no claims which may result from careless handling, unauthorized adjustment, alterations, modifications, defective or improper ammunition, corrosion, or neglect. The receipt and use of this product implies understanding of, agreement with and acceptance of this statement of liability.
